Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and eligible APO / FPO / DPO addresses. We do not currently offer international shipping.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $3.99. Orders of $50.00 or more after discounts and before tax receive free standard shipping.
When will my order arrive?
Orders normally process within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes an estimated 3–7 business days after shipment, for a total estimated delivery time of 4–10 business days for all U.S. addresses we serve.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Contact us within 12 hours and before fulfillment begins. We will try to help, but changes are not guaranteed. Shipped orders cannot be canceled.
What is the return window?
Request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Are returns free?
Eligible U.S. returns include a prepaid label and no restocking fee.
When will I receive my refund?
Inspection normally takes 3–5 business days after we receive your return. If approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
How do I choose a size?
Use the product fit notes and the U.S. size guide. If between sizes, choose based on the intended fit and garment measurements when provided.
Are product colors exact?
We prepare images to represent the product clearly, but screen settings and lighting may cause minor variation.
